What is your return policy?


Please contact us at eva.festeva@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.




Do you ship internationally?


At this point we do not offer international shipping.




Can I add additional items to the box?


Absolutely! Please find additional items in our "A little more" section and add them to your cart when ordering your box. All items will be shipped together and no additional shipping fees will occur.




Can I change my order once it’s been placed?


As soon as your order has been placed, our warehouse starts the shipping process. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed, even if the order status is "Processing". Please make sure to review the information on your order before you complete your purchase. We are working our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible.




How quickly will my order be shipped?


We will process your order right away. Most orders will ship the next day, unless otherwise noted in product descriptions (Most likely if an item is sold out).




What form of payment do you accept?


At Festeva, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX.




Can I check the status of my order?


Yes, you will receive a tracking number once you place your order and you can always email us at eva.festeva@gmail.com for an update.
