1/2 lb strawberries, trimmed and halved
1 1/2 cups (approximately 4-6 depending on size) of fresh lemon juice
1 to 1 1/2 cups of cane sugar
3 cups of cold water
How to Make It
Puree strawberries with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a blender.
Press puree through a fine sieve into a bowl to remove the seeds.
Stir together strawberry puree with remaining lemon juice, 1 cup of sugar and 3 cups of cold water in a large pitcher until the sugar dissolves (add sugar, if needed).
